Working Principle:

The material passing through the belt conveyer will be detected the weight by weighing scales to determine the weight of material on the Belt; the Digital Speed Sensor which mounted on the tail of conveyer will measure feeder speed continuously, the speed sensor pulse output proportional to the speed of feeder; the signal of the speed and the weight will be sent to feeder controller , the microprocessor in the controller will deal with the signal, produce and display the cumulative / instantaneous flow. The flow compared with the settings flow, thecontrol instrument output signal to control the belt conveyer in order to achieve quantitative feeding requirements.
